. 在地理環(huán)境許可的條件下，水泵應(yīng)盡量靠近水源，農(nóng)業(yè)混流泵價(jià)格，以減少吸水管的長(zhǎng)度。水泵安裝處的地基應(yīng)牢固，對(duì)固定式泵站應(yīng)修專門的基礎(chǔ)。
2.進(jìn)水管路應(yīng)密封-，必須有-支撐，不可吊在水泵上。裝有底閥的進(jìn)水管，應(yīng)盡量使底閥軸線與水平面垂直安裝，其軸線與水平面的夾角不得小于45°。水源為渠道時(shí)，底閥應(yīng)高于水底0.50米以上，農(nóng)業(yè)混流泵供應(yīng)商，且加網(wǎng)防止雜物進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)。
3. 機(jī)、泵底座應(yīng)水平，與基礎(chǔ)的聯(lián)結(jié)應(yīng)牢固。機(jī)、泵皮帶傳動(dòng)時(shí)，皮帶緊邊在下，這樣傳動(dòng)-，水泵葉輪轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)與箭頭指示方向一致；采用聯(lián)軸器傳動(dòng)時(shí)，機(jī)、泵必須同軸線。

二開(kāi)車前準(zhǔn)備：
1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅(jiān)固情況。
2、檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。
3、檢查進(jìn)、出水管是否進(jìn)氣、漏水。
4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。
5、檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。
6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無(wú)障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)輕無(wú)雜音。

pump if there are barriers ， if the axile locks， there should be no noises when
turing it by hand.
