壓濾機進料泵流量揚程選擇
在設計壓濾機泵時參考了國內主流的壓濾機設備，并結合了多年來客戶的使用情況，設定了幾種常用的壓濾機泵型，其流量揚程能夠滿足市場通用的各種型號壓濾機。
在不同型號間選擇時，應遵循選大不選小原則，因為型號大的泵初始流量大，有利于壓濾機初期快速均勻布料，提高生產效率，防止物料分布不均造成后期壓力不穩定對設備造成影響。
另外選擇泵的壓濾機進料泵壓力時要看揚程高點的壓力，此時的壓力為壓濾機壓榨期的泵的工作壓力，也是泵輸出的大壓力值。

壓濾機進料泵泵啟動前的設備檢查
1、啟動前應檢查電機和泵的轉向是否符合要求，檢查時泵與電機要脫離聯接，廂式壓濾機進料泵選擇，符合要求后再進行聯接，以免發生泵的反轉，造成泵的損壞。
2、壓濾機進料泵啟動前先手動轉泵，查看是否靈活轉動，葉輪、護板、泵殼之間是否有摩擦，如有應及時矯正，另外檢查泵殼葉輪之間是否存在異物卡殼，如有應及時清理。
3、檢查潤滑油是否有雜質或者過期變質，如有應更換新油。查看油量是否充足，如不足要添加至適量，壓濾機進料泵，添加潤滑油時不可加的過量或者過少。
4、檢查密封處盤根是否完整，有問題要及時處理或更換新的盤根，并適當壓緊，達到進料后不泄露即可，不易壓得過緊，盤根過緊容易---和磨損過快。建議使用碳素纖維津四氟乙烯盤根或者其他盤根。
壓濾機進料泵泵正常運行注意事項
1、關閉出口閥門，進料閥門全部打開。
2、電機運轉正常后，逐漸打開出口閥門，并注意電機電流大小，達到額定電流為止。盲目開大出口閥門有可能燒壞電機！
3、如果調整壓濾機入料泵的出料量，切記應調整出口閥門，不要調整進口閥門，避免產生汽蝕，損害設備。
4、軸承運行溫度不可超過70°c，新軸承短時運行溫度也不可超過75°c。
壓濾機進料泵停泵后的幾個重要操作
1、停泵前可適當壓緊一點盤根，避免停泵漏料。
關閉出口閥門，板框壓濾機進料泵圖片，---停泵，以免發生倒壓倒流造成壓濾機入料泵反轉，造成設備損壞。
3、關閉進料閥門并快速打開放料閥門，后緩慢打開泵的出口閥門，并將出料管內的物料排放干凈，避免雜質在泵腔內沉積堵塞，---時可用水進行沖洗。
