壓濾機-泵流量和揚程的關系
壓濾機-泵泵的流量和揚程是衡量水泵性能的重要數據,同時也是選型的重要依據。流量通常用字母q來表示,單位為立方米每秒m3/s,數值表示單位時間內輸送水的數量;揚程通常用字母h來表示,單位為米m,數值表示水泵能夠揚水的高度。二者之間是反比的關系,流量大了揚程就低,壓濾機-泵供貨商,揚程高了流量就小,壓濾機-泵水泵的出廠標牌或者說明書上都會標明這些數據。

崗位要求:
1、熟悉壓濾機入料泵的原理、構造、技術特征、零部件的名稱和作用;
2、熟知開、停車信號;
3、具備初中文化水平,了解一般電氣、機械、安全知識;
4、熟練壓濾機入料泵的操作規程。
操作規程:
一、開車前準備
1、上崗時,按規定穿好工作服和戴好有關勞保用品;
2、檢查安全防火、信號、照明操作系統等設施的完好狀況;
3、檢查泵的各閥門應處于停車時的位置,并靈活-,零件齊全,檢查電動機,水泵基礎螺絲是否堅固;
4、檢查對輪及對輪螺絲經、膠圈是否完好;
5、檢查潤滑油量充足,油質清潔,檢查盤根的松緊程度;
6、開車前應先人工盤對輪1-2周,無異常方可開車。
壓濾機-泵使用注意
壓濾機-泵禁止盲目開大出口閥門,污泥壓濾機-泵,以免造成燒壞電機。需啊喲調整排料量時,切記應調整出口閥門,調整進料閥門易造成泵汽蝕,損害-。如果泵的進料頁面過過20m或進料壓力過大而造成盤根漏料時要適當押金盤根,達到不漏料為宜,不可壓的過緊。

為了避免停泵漏料,停泵前可適當壓緊一點盤根。關閉進口閥門,并馬上停泵,以免發生倒壓造成泵的反轉發生設備損壞和盤根向外漏料。并快速打開放料閥門,后慢慢打開泵的出口閥門,將出料管內的物料放完,壓濾機-泵類型,為了避免雜質在泵腔內沉積堵塞,-時要安裝沖洗水管進行沖洗。壓濾機-泵

it is forbidden to blindly open large outlet valves in order to avoid burning out the motor. when you need to adjust the discharge volume, remember to adjust the outlet valve. adjusting the feed valve can easily cause pump cavitation, causing great damage. if the feed page of the pump is too high (more than 20m)/the feed pressure is too high to cause the leakage of the packing roots, the appropriate depsit for the packing roots should be made, so as not to leak, not to press too tight.

in order to avoid leakage during shutdown, a little packing can be properly pressed before shutdown. close the inlet valve&stop the pump immediately so as not to cause the back pressure of the pump to cause damage to the reverse generating equipment&leakage of the packing roots.&quickly open the discharging valve,&finally slowly open the outlet valve of the pump, discharging the material in the feeding pipe, in order to avoid impurity depsition in the pump chamber clogging, if necessary, to install a flushing pipe for flushing.
