2 刷毛裝置

2.2 刷子由二排硬尼龍硬毛簇左右交錯排列，尼龍硬毛的直徑為0.41mm(0.016英寸)、長19mm(3/4英寸)，每一簇硬毛有20根尼龍硬毛，每英寸4簇。在小車前部有一夾鉗，刷毛操作時，可用它將試樣夾在小車上。
2.3 將試樣放在小車上用夾鉗固定住，抬起刷子，把小車推向后方，使刷子放到試樣面上，再用手以均勻的速度將小車向前拉。
