nimonic80a是以鎳-鉻為基體，添加鋁、鈦形成γ′相彌散強化的高溫合金，除鋁含量略高外，其他與gh4033相近，使用溫度700～800℃，在650～850℃具有---的抗蠕變性能和---化性能。該合金冷、熱加工性能---，主要供應(yīng)熱軋棒材、冷拉棒材、熱軋板材、冷軋板材、帶材以及環(huán)形件等，用于制造發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)子葉片、導(dǎo)向葉片支座、螺栓、葉片鎖板等零件。

nimonic80a is a γ dispersion-strengthened superalloy formed by adding aluminum&titanium with ni-cr as matrix. it is similar to gh4033 except that the aluminum content is slightly higher. it has good creep resistance&oxidation resistance at 700 ~ 800℃&650 ~ 850℃. the alloy has good cold&hot working performance, mainly supplying hot rolled bar, cold drawn bar, hot rolled plate, cold rolled plate, strip&annular parts, etc., used for manufacturing engine rotor blade, guide blade support, bolt, blade lock plate&other parts.
